I am a Licensed Psychotherapist who has experience for over 30 years. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults and families. My career began in public child welfare where I developed a deep understanding of the trauma related stressors of the children and in turn worked very closely with their parents/caregivers to develop strategies to best mitigate the stressors. In working with parents and caregivers, I deeply understand the challenges of parenting, relationships and achieving one’s goals. I believe that psychotherapy provides individuals with the opportunity to better understand themselves through insight. It is my hope that the insights will assist them in living their best life.
