Erin Martin has over a decade of experience working with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families. Though her training was rooted in Family Systems Theory, she utilizes a diverse set of approaches in working with clients, including but not limited to Jungian, Humanistic, Experiential, Existential, and Object Relations. She is trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness. Erin thoroughly enjoys helping others to live their fullest lives possible. She is deeply committed to helping individuals who have experienced abuse or trauma of any form but most especially sexual abuse; Her goal is to help them to reclaim the power that they lost so that they can move forward in living their most authentic lives. Erin is also dedicated to helping those with shame, as she sees this problem as that underlying why most people are not living the lives they truly want. She views psychotherapy as a collaborative process and always welcomes her clients’ input.
